Your clients and their stages
The six stages from Draft to Live, which ones move by themselves, and keeping notes and fees.
Updated October 15, 2026
Clients lists every website you have built, newest first, with the one thing to know about each: building, not shared yet, opened twice yesterday, asked for changes, live on Growth.
The stages
- Draft: built, not shown to anyone.
- Sent: the preview has been shared or opened.
- Interested: they approved it or asked for changes.
- Won: they said yes.
- Live: published.
- Lost: it did not happen.
Draft, Sent, Interested and Live move by themselves as things happen. They only ever move forward on their own; you can set any stage yourself from the client's page.
On the client's page
- Client: the person you deal with, their email and phone, what you charge them each month, any setup fee, and notes.
- Website: a look at it, the preview's views, and buttons to edit it, see its leads and bookings, or change its template.
- What they said, Billing and Their login.
Tidy up
Archive puts a client away (bring them back any time). Delete removes the client and their website for good. A live website has to be unpublished first.
