Finding businesses to pitch
Searching Google for businesses with no website or an old one, and building theirs in one go.
Updated October 15, 2026
Find businesses shows the businesses on Google for a trade in a place, with what you need to choose who to pitch.
Search
Type a trade ("plumbers", "hair salons") and a place ("Austin, TX"), then Search. Each result shows:
- No website, Has a website, or Already built (you have made them one).
- Their Google rating and how many reviews it rests on.
- Their phone and their current website, if they have one.
The map beside the list shows where each one is, numbered the same as the list: green pins have no website, gray ones have one, and the ones you pick turn dark. Tap a pin to pick it. On a phone the map sits above the list.
Switch on No website only to see the easiest yes first. A business with good reviews and no website is the best prospect there is.
Build theirs
Pick up to ten (the number beside each, or its pin) and press Build. Each becomes a Draft under Clients, ready to share in about a minute. A business with an old website gets a redesign of it.
Then
Show them their finished website before you ask for anything. See "Sharing a preview".
