Customers, Inbox shows one thread per person: the request they sent, every email either way, notes, bookings and payments, in the order they happened.
Reply
Type in the box under the thread and send. Your email goes out with your business's name and logo, and when they answer, their reply comes back into the same thread.
Opening someone's card on the Pipeline shows the same thread, so you never have to look in two places.
