Automations: follow-ups that send themselves
Ready-made follow-ups for leads, quotes, bookings and reviews, and how to switch one on.
Updated October 15, 2026
Automations are follow-ups that run without you. They are part of Growth; on Launch you can read them, and switching one on asks you to move up.
Two that are on from the start
- Email me about every lead.
- Reply to customers straight away, so nobody waits wondering whether you got their message.
Ready-made ones to add
Pick from the gallery, for example:
- Chase a quote for a week, stopping the moment they reply.
- Remind me to call a quote back.
- Remind them the day before a booking.
- Tell me when a booking is canceled.
- Ask for a review after the job, with your Google review link.
- Thank them when you mark a job won.
- Check in after three months.
A new one is always switched off until you have read it. Press Send me a test to see every message in your own inbox first.
Your own
Make a rule from scratch: when something happens (a new lead, a booking, a stage change), wait if you like, then email, move them, tag them or set a follow-up date. A rule can stop by itself if they reply or book.
Anyone who asks not to be emailed is never emailed again.
Still stuck?
Ask Plumso in your dashboard, or choose Get help in your account menu. Real people read every message.
