Ask Plumso: getting things done by asking

What Plumso can do for you when you ask in plain words, and how to undo it.

Updated October 15, 2026

Ask Plumso is the assistant in your dashboard and in the editor. You type what you want in your own words and it does it, using the same buttons you would.

What you can ask

  • Your website: "Make the header navy", "Add a section about our guarantee", "Shorter headline on the home page", "Add a page for gutter cleaning".
  • Your services and areas: "Add tile repair from $150", "We now cover Round Rock too".
  • Your blog: "Write a post about getting a water heater ready for winter".
  • Your customers: "Move Sam to Quoted", "Who have I not replied to?", "Book Priya in for Tuesday at 10".
  • Follow-ups: "Set up a review request after every job" (Growth).
  • How Plumso works: "How do I connect my domain?"

It helps with everything your plan has: on Launch your website, leads, customers and bookings; on Growth and Scale also automations, projects, invoices and the rest.

How much you can ask

On Launch, 100 requests a month, counted from the 1st and only once your website is live. Setting up your website with Plumso before you publish is never counted. Growth and Scale have no limit.

How it behaves

  • It reads before it changes anything, and asks one short question when a request could mean two things.
  • It never invents facts: no prices, phone numbers or reviews you did not give it.
  • It drafts emails for you to send rather than sending them, unless you clearly ask it to send.
  • It never takes money, publishes your website or connects a domain. Those stay your own buttons.

Undo

Every change to your website is saved as a step. Press Undo in the editor to go back, as many times as you like.
