Wood-fired since the first night. That has been the idea since Jordan opened Forno Rosso in 2007, and it still is: neapolitan pies, small plates and natural wine on Federal Hill, open for dinner six nights a week.
Most of the people we work with found us through a friend, and we would like to keep it that way.
