Founder, Saffron Room
Tandoor, spice and copper pots. That has been the idea since Sam opened Saffron Room in 2016, and it still is: dishes from the north and south of India, made from whole spices we toast and grind each morning.
Most of the people we work with found us through a friend, and we would like to keep it that way.
