Founder, Velvet Hour
Stirred, shaken and served low-lit. That has been the idea since Alex opened Velvet Hour in 2004, and it still is: forty seats, a bar built for conversation and a menu that changes with the market.
Most of the people we work with found us through a friend, and we would like to keep it that way.
