Publishing a client website, and what it costs

Building and previewing cost nothing extra. You pay for a client website once you publish it, each month, at the level you choose:

• Launch, $9 a month: the website hosted on their domain with unlimited edits, a page for each service and area and a blog, their leads, customers and bookings, and Ask Plumso (100 requests a month).
• Growth, $29 a month: everything in Launch, plus a page for every service in every area made and kept up for them, follow-ups, reminders and review requests that send themselves, projects and collections, and unlimited Ask Plumso.
• Scale, $99 a month: everything in Growth, plus a new article researched, written and published every weekday.

These are the same features a business would get on Plumso's own plans of the same name, at a price you can mark up. You bill your clients yourself (see "Billing your clients"), so a client website does not send invoices of its own.

Publish

On the client's page, press Publish, pick a level and confirm. The website is live at once, and the rest of it (service, area, about and contact pages) is written in the next few minutes.

How it is billed

Everything is on your one Studio subscription: $49 a month for Studio, plus a line for each level with the number of live websites on it. A website published mid-month costs only the rest of that month. During your trial, published websites are part of the trial.

Studio settings shows what Plumso costs you each month against what your clients pay you.

Change level or unpublish

To put it on the client's own domain, open their website's Settings, Website and connect it there, the same way a business owner would.

Press Change level on a live client to move them up or down; moving up writes the extra pages straight away. Unpublish (under More) takes the website offline and stops its charge. Everything is kept, so you can publish it again.
