Building a website for a client

The three ways to start a website, picking a template, and what happens while it builds.

Updated October 15, 2026

Press New website and start from one of three places:

  • Find on Google: type the business's name and town, and pick their listing. Plumso reads it for their services, reviews, hours and photos.
  • Redesign a website: paste their current website. Plumso reads it for their name, services, photos and colors, and builds something better.
  • Describe it: the name, what they do and where, if they are not on Google.

Pick a template (optional)

Press Pick a template to choose the look and the order of the sections. Leave it and Plumso picks one that suits the kind of business. You can change it any time after.

Who it is for (optional)

Add the person you deal with, their email and phone. You can add them later on the client's page too.

While it builds

Press Build the website. You land on the client's page, where the build runs, usually in about a minute. Nobody sees the website until you share it.

Every website is written from the business's own facts. Nothing is invented: no fake reviews, prices or phone numbers.
