Showing up on Google
What Plumso does for search on its own, what helps most, and what to expect.
Updated October 15, 2026
Plumso does the technical side of search for you:
- A page for every service and every area, written so the service and the place are in the headings.
- A sitemap handed to search engines, and the business details they read (your name, address, hours, services).
- Questions answered plainly in a FAQ, which search engines and AI assistants quote.
- An unpublished website is hidden from Google on purpose.
What helps most
- Real photos and real past jobs. See "Projects".
- Areas you actually serve. Add each town as an area.
- Fresh posts. Write them yourself or with Plumso. On Scale, a new article is written and published for you every weekday.
- Your Google listing pointing at your website, with reviews answered.
What to expect
Google usually takes a few days to a few weeks to show a brand new website. Searching your exact web address works sooner than searching your business name. Nobody can promise a position on Google, and we never will.
