Sending invoices and getting paid
Connecting your Stripe account and billing customers once or every month from Plumso.
Updated October 15, 2026
You can bill your customers from Plumso, into your own Stripe account. Plumso takes no cut and never holds the money; Stripe's own card fees apply. Invoices and monthly billing are part of Growth and Scale.
Connect Stripe
Settings, Payments, Connect Stripe. Sign in to the Stripe account you have, or make one. Stripe may ask a few questions before it switches payments on; the card tells you if it is waiting on you.
Bill a customer
Open their card on the Pipeline and press Request payment:
- One invoice for a job, or
- Every month or every year for a service plan.
Add what it is for, the amount and how many days they have to pay. Stripe emails them the invoice with a Pay button and reminds them before and after it is due.
Keep track
Their card shows their invoices, and Settings, Payments shows everything: paid, waiting and overdue. From there you can send an invoice again, mark one paid (cash or check), or cancel it. When they pay, it shows on their timeline and you get an alert.
Still stuck?
