How to reach a real person, and what we can do for you.

Open your account menu (bottom left on a computer, the menu on a phone) and choose Get help. Write what you need in your own words and attach photos if they help.
Plumso is run by a small team, and real people read every message. We can change your website for you (wording, photos, sections, services, hours), help with your domain, and answer anything about billing.
Scale and Studio accounts are answered first.
For quick changes, Ask Plumso in your dashboard is the fastest way.
